Biography
Role: | Traveler | Ice Element | Collector of odd items | Uh-oh, looks like this White Walker wandered a little too far from her home lair xlMidnightRoselx, and now she's off to see the world! If ever you feel the need to exalt, she'd really appreciate it if you could just return her to the home lair, or to the Dragons Off To See The World thread. If you do not want a dragon in return, you can also send her to the Traveling Dragon Rest Hub. This is not necessary, but she would be very grateful! Experiences
~xlMidnightRoselx~
As She leaves her home clan she wonders where will go next. She is nervous but excited.. She looks for a new clan in need of some new wonders for her collection, and finds one not too far from the last one she stayed in. They have lots of interesting items for sale, and she buys a couple.
KingVulture:
Delilah met a dragon named Kintusgi during her stay, and the two became close friends. She liked his style of pottery, and decided to not only help him make some, but even buy some of his existing products.
Delilah did however, make a few new friends while she was here. She became particularly close with Ari, a guardian who loved to hear her stories about the places she travelled to. When Delilah asked Ari if they wanted to travel with her, they declined, stating that they'd need to stay behind to raise hatchlings with their mate. Delilah also spent some time with Sadiel, a spiral who would happily show off some of the unique wares stored within the lair's treasury, but whenever she inquired about purchasing them, Sadiel would say something along the lines of "Sorry, but you'll have to ask either NightProwler or WisteriaGlimmer. You know the rule!" On the last day Delilah spent here, she took one last tour of the treasury with the spiral before leaving. During the look around, Sadiel gave her a Desert Diadem.
lusbiana:
It was always nice for Delilah to see dragons marvel at her curiosities. Showing her collection to different clans and seeing their reactions was her favourite part of travelling (And selling, well, a very welcomed bonus). The dragons from this arcane lair certainly did not disappoint. They all were hands on, touching and listening and smelling, pushing all the buttons and pulling all the levers. Delilah didn't really care about them breaking things. You know how it goes, you broke it you bought it. On the last day of her stay, while she was picking up her wonders, a Ridgeback approached her. She recognized her from before; Her name was Odisea and she had already broken- I mean, bought a few of her items. "Hey! Thanks again for stopping by" Odisea said, bright smile on her face. "We love visits, especially when they bring things as cool as yours! I thought, maybe, I could give you a knick-knack from here. As a thank you."
Festivoog:
The clan of the Oculus Lair were eager to look through in Delilah’s wares. They were particularly interested in her flowers. Chubtoria explained that the clan needed to complete a beautification project before they could get more hibernal den space. They had been hard at work planting flowers but some species weren’t native to the Starfall Isles. They needed daffodils. What on Sornieth was a daffodil? That couldn’t possibly be a real flower. The name was just too silly! Delilah laughed and opened a wooden box. Fat round bulbs rolled around at the bottom. “I don’t know where the name came from, but they’re real! They bloom every spring. If you plant them now, they’ll bloom next year.” Chubtoria nodded sagely and took a closer look. As the resident gardening expert, the clan was counting on her to make the final purchase decisions and she took this job seriously. The bulbs were round and firm; not shriveled. No signs of mold. Some even had the beginnings of tiny green sprouts at the top. She didn’t know this kind of flower, but she knew a batch of healthy bulbs when she saw them. These would do. Transaction complete! Delilah didn’t expect to be roped into a gardening project on her travels but found she didn’t mind it too much. The snowy landscapes of her youth never had many decorative gardens. It was a novelty to dig with so little effort. The dirt was so soft! No ice! It was almost worth getting her claws dirty. Almost. When the hibernal den task was complete, Delilah was ready to move on. Someday, if she ever settled down, she might like a garden of her own...
Lavend3rDragon:
After more adventuring, Delilah met a fearsome crew of pirates, and she had two choices: Join the crew for a while and hand over her treasure; or refuse to and be thrown into the ocean. Long story short she joined the crew, and thanks to captain Akarenji, she ended up in an entirely different part of Sornieth.

QueenRed:
Delilah found herself abandoned on a small island by the good captain. She had fulfilled her time as part of Akarenji's crew, and as the pirates code called for, was left behind. She shook her head, disappointed that they hadn't returned her treasures. She wasn't entirely surprised though. Another pirate ship was docked on the small island, captained by a fearsome dragon, Bedelia. Delilah approached the dragon with caution but pleaded her tale, "I've been marooned here and am looking for a way off of this godforsaken island. I can help with whatever you might need on the ship."
Bedelia thought it over before agreeing to take Delilah with her. They sailed aimlessly for a while before the captain announced that it was time to return home, to the Shadowed Lands they had hailed from.
A heavy storm hit the ship and Delilah's training kicked in. In the midst of the storm, a Kraken appeared. Many of the dragons were injured, but the crew made it back to their home port with minor injuries. Everyone except for Melizander, that is. He had gotten hurt protecting Delilah, and she stayed with the clan until he was able to return to the sea.
Auralyx:
After her various adventures in piracy, Delilah decided it was time to take a break from seafaring. She ventured into the Sunbeam Ruins, and after several days of exploring, she came across a friendly clan in the Mirrorlight Promenade willing to let her rest.
While she was residing in the Lantern Cove Inn, she was introduced to a veilspun dragon named Vakira who shared her love of collecting. After hearing the story of how the guardian lost all of her treasures to captain Akarenji, Vakira quickly gathered a small pile of items from the clan’s hoard and gave them to Delilah to restart her collection. However, Delilah adamantly refused to take any of the veilspun’s possessions from her.
On the day of Delilah’s departure, as she was saying her goodbyes to the staff of the inn and to Vakira, the veilspun offered her a single figurine, begging her to accept it at least to remember the clan by. Delilah agreed, taking the small trinket and carefully storing it away - though secretly she left Vakira a small pouch of coins she’d found while exploring the domain of Light.
At long last, Delilah was ready to adventure again. Promising to write back to Vakira, she walked out onto the Mirrorlight Promenade, spread her wings, and launched into the air.
MoonlilyluvsCas:
Upon arriving at The Fount of Travelers, the caretaker of the establishment, Axolotl excitedly told Delilah that she was the most beautiful dragon he had ever seen. Upon trying her best to kindly let the dragon down softly without breaking his heart, the skydancer laughed, assuring her he wasn't interested but was just paying her a compliment. He was far too happy with his husband but wanted her to know how stunning she was.
It felt strange, as almost no one in this clan viewed her as an oddity. She stayed for quite some time, and as she left, her now-good friend Axolotl packed her up with pastries and other sweets as gifts.
Delilah was accustomed to collecting items, but perhaps desserts were just as good of collectibles as anything else. She flew into the air, waving goodbye to the cutest pair of husbands, and went off to see what next adventure awaited her.
HexenTheo:
The Wylde Hunt is... different. They are tribal and ritualistic and follow the roots of the greatest trees so deep into the earth she was certain that some of them forgot which way was up. Their patron was regal and imposing, and sang of the Glademother's magic (she was later told of his demi-godhood, goodness!), but he welcomed her into the throng of his hunt. At first, it was a little scary, but oh how many trinkets some of them had! And for sale! By the time she was ready to leave on her journey once more, she had managed a small jar of mussel and snail shells that had been painstakingly gathered from the beds of the little creeks and rivers that ran through the Hunt's territory. Oh, how they glittered and shone in the sun!
Violetglare:
Upon her arrival at this strange clan, she is greeted by a variety of dragons, all brightly colored or ancient. They welcome her with open arms and gave her little trinkets for her collection. She is given a pair of fossilized fishbone earrings, as well as a fancy compass to guide her! She thanks them all profusely, and wonders at how such different dragons live together. She will miss them all when she moves on.
LabyrinthianLost:
Cragenmire City is a little more rough around the edges than Delilah expected, but that was okay - she'd made do with rough around the edges before. The lodging was nice, at least, with her finding her room just as it's previous occupant, a spiral named Cinnamon, was leaving. The room smelt of sugar and fresh bread, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for all the dragons that had likely occupied it by now. She watched as another traveler, a tundra named Cordelia, flirted with the singer that visited every few nights. Apparently, they were expecting some hatchlings soon. While the city was nice and the dragons friendly, it wasn't exactly her scene. Delilah was looking for someplace a little... quieter, perhaps. She'd move on fairly soon.
KingVulture:
Delilah was surprised to find herself in Crow Callers once again for the first time in a while. She reunited with Kintsugi, asking him how he was doing with his pottery, before soon deciding it was probably time for her to keep exploring.
