It is chaotic. This Drone appears to reach a new record of chaos. It just... appeared one day. It saw me, it also saw Glimmer. She wasn't nearby, but I looked away from it for a moment and at a similar time, she stated having seen it. It is not often spotted nearby, and I do not find it on the wavelength much. Which appears to be a good thing as it adds a startling (but bearable) amount of strain.
Do NOT attempt attacking it.
Do NOT accept gifts from it.
Just. Don't risk it. It knows. It will outmaneuver you. Leave it be and you may survive, so long as you don't have a hit sent on you.
