Might be a veilspun having fun. Those eyes are definitely electric, and the occasional warning zap when touching her fur proves it.

(Three heads though. Some cats carry a genetic quirk for extra toes, this lair is starting to see a rise of viable, inheritable conjoined litters... it's probably the swamprats' fault.)

(The swamprats take exception to that. Not everything is their fault, pinch it... though this one is a distinct possibility.)

The cat's names (three brains means three names, never mind the one body) are Cream, Curd and Whey. It only answers to Milksop. (Who taught the cat to answer to Milksop—) (Who taught a cat to answer to anything?)

This cat got into something, or someone got up to something, because wasn't this cat a tom? Must have been; an intact breeding queen, Madcap doesn't tolerate rivals and she ignores this one like just another member of her harem. So it must be. Right? Does anyone remember a tom with these colors?

(That might not be a kitten or parent... was this ever a kitten? Do cats just step in or out of the ether when no one's looking.)

(...They're not anywhere near the Portal. Domesticated ferbs dispersed away from the Portal, they didn't bring the Portal with them. They can't. Can they?)

Utterly ordinary tabby cat, unremarkable in every way. Probably felt left out when all the cats with extra heads started popping up getting attention so hunted up some for himself. They might be particularly impressive fakes from that papier-mâché wear-another-dragon's-head fad. There are absolutely artisans in residence who would put in all the work for realistic fitted cat heads.

His name is Grey. Three heads should mean three names, even the hatchlings have tried extending it but he's just... Grey... Tabby... Cat.

(Three brains should mean three names so if the extra heads are fake that's fine, he's still Grey... never mind all three of them meow, there are absolutely tinkerers and illusionists in residence who would go to all the work for realistic moving cat heads.)

Madcap's latest offspring. Alright, it's a bit peculiar-looking for a ferberus, and surprisingly large, but horns and hooves are not the weirdest mutation that's appeared in the clowder, honestly.

(Alright, it looks a lot like a smaller larger-eyed version of Argyle's capricat, but it showed up with Madcap. It's Madcap's. Half the felines in the lair trace back to her what's the difference between blood and adoption.)

Named Nubbin for its stubby little horns. (There's no possible chance it will outgrow that descriptor.)

There is ongoing debate whether this a mutated skycat (on account of being a feline with wings) or an aberrant ferberus (on account of having a few extra appendages). (It is a cat with feathers. Skycat.) (It is a multi-headed -limbed -tailed monstrosity. Ferberus.) (It's purple. ...Inconclusive.)

Nova O has an alternative comprehensive theory: It came from the circus.

Magrat went heart-eyed at the bright colors and keeps trying to steal its affections. The cat accepts the treats, pets and praise when it feels like, for as long as it feels like and then remorselessly wanders away.

Incredibly tolerant of having things put on its heads and even leaves them on. Doodlebug's favoritest cat ever.
