Estelle

Wrathorwell and Wellivia's daughter, Estelle is a sweet and adorable girl with an affinity for blankets, coats and all things warm and cuddly. She is a cheery and warm little thing, adored by both her parents, and named for a bright warm star in the sky, with stars being made of both light and burning fire in the darkness and the cold. One of her favorite things to do is coil up around a fire and nap with some gentle music.

As a hatchling, Estelle was very much sheltered and protected by her strong mother and even stronger father. They refused to let her explore or interact with any other dragons her age or older. It's not that they didn't trust their other clan members, but, Estelle was quite gullible and innocent. Should she accidentally wander too close to the fire-seekers or anyone deemed an unfavorable influence, and it would spell big trouble for her. Estelle is still quite the cutie though, and one dragon her parents are alright with in taking great care in looking after her, is princess Rosie.

Though Estelle is the oldest and the light and joy of the Sheltend family, she is also the most frail. Since she was a hatchling, she's been very sensitive to the cold, and gets sick very easily.
Though she has a couple of inches on her brothers, and she's got a spunky demeanor about things, she often needs to rest, and she stays home more than any dragon in the clan...including Lazybones!
This is because the outside is large and vast, and her only job takes a lot out of her. Estelle takes care of the torches around the kingdom and sees to it they are all burning, or if they need to be extinguished, she does so. Every morning she does this, and then returns home, exhausted.

Her family knows how delicate Estelle is, inside and out, and treat her accordingly. Wrathorwell especially tends to her health and comfort as best as he can, bringing her healthy foods and spending time with her and their fireflies together.
Wellivia encourages her to rest less, and exercise her body to keep up her strength. Her brothers, Roviere and Gustav rarely find the time to interact with her, but they are both protective of her. Anyone who is remotely interested in Estelle romantically, best keep in mind Roviere and Gustav in particular. And sweetly enough, Westley and Lawrence refrain from pranking their big sister, instead gifting her little toys she can fall asleep on or with.

Sadly, with as much love and care as sweet Estelle is given, her joyful and cheery brightness often wears down into a quiet gloom. She's very lonely, though she won't admit it, and secretly she wishes she wasn't so delicate and vulnerable. But she doesn't know, she has the warmest and purest heart in all the kingdom.
