Biography
Malva
"cold, so cold."
Cold. That's what greeted her. Cold from the unoccupied space, cold from the hard underneath, cold cold cold- Fluffy? Squawking sounds. being grabbed by cold-hard things, pushing her skin in, sending bad through her body, leaving her to cry out, even as the hard-underneath was gone, and everything felt off, felt weird- as if carried. ————— As far as abandoned dragons eggs go, Victor was certainly lucky to happen upon that of a mirror. More than content to be fed carrion and scrap, Malva was quick to age alongside her strange adopter, doubling him in size in a matter of weeks. Born blind, her newfound size was not of incredible use in helping Victor secure more food for the two of them, but it did buy them some pity from the rare traveler that happened upon the two of them, who usually preferred the more desolate stretches of land Sornieth had to offer - which was good for a free meal or two. Still, this luck was rare and fleeting. Caves became their usual haunts, until the weather proved too cold or the location’s more animalistic beasts grew tired of their presence. By all accounts, the two enjoy one another’s presence, though many find it difficult to reason with the fact that a beast was even capable of raising a dragon to begin with. Smart as a whip, it did not take Malva long to pick up on dragon’s tongue once she and her adoptive father were accepted into the clan, though her words forever carry with them a thick unshakeable “accent”, never developed from its very hatching to form the words of her peers. As a result she has a tendency to stay quiet, somewhat embarrassed by the sound - and somewhat loathing the fact that she had to learn what embarrassment even felt like as a trade-off for entering into polite society. Fortunately her position as a clan member is not dependent on a word count. Her and Victor have a specially-designated “roost” to call home now, in every sense of the word. Neither are particularly inclined to leave it unless the matter of hunger calls them, but with a bit of encouragement, they can be called upon to witness and experience the clan’s usual timeskipping shenanigans.
