Uh-oh, looks like this not quite sane dimension traveler wandered a little too far from his home lair (546245, inkfrog), and now he's off to see the world! If ever you feel the need to exalt, he'd really appreciate it if you could just return him to the home lair, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here, or this hub if you don't want a traveler in return! This is not necessary, but he would be very grateful! You are also free to breed this dragon while it's in you possession.

Had he seen this place before? No, not that he remembered. Or, at least, not that he remembered in this particular form. There's always a nonnegligible chance that Bonkers had been to another iteration of this place as it existed in a similar dimension, but even then, some dimensions were such a far cry from this one that there was no telling if he would have recognized his destination in each and every one of its other forms.

Having seen so many places of a similar type, his travels often began to blur together. Sorting through the tangled memories was a fool's errand, and so he simply allowed the thoughts to tangle themselves further; this was efficiency, not insanity, as others would comment. To himself, he remained unhindered by this state of mind, although he struggles with 'speaking within the current dimension', so to speak, often introducing facts and commenting on aspects of life only present in the former planes he had visited when speaking to other dragons.

There was a valiant effort, in that regard, to keep notes on what was and what was not true for each unique dimension he had identified, but script and language often changed during his travels as well, making the written notes indecipherable to any who had not seen what he had. This was the price he paid, he supposed, for bearing the burden of a bloodline such as his.

There was a small benefit to this madness that shone through as he became bold in his interactions with other dragons. His long and incomprehensible travels resulted in some of the most unique and breathtaking stories one could hope to hear from a passing traveler. Whether his listeners believed the stories to be the truths they were or not, they were never unsatisfied with their decision to spend time listening. In places where Bonkers stayed long enough to become familiar, he was rarely ever seen without a small entourage of hopeful hatchlings, waiting for him to enamor them with his next tale. In truth, Bonkers was just glad for some receptive company.
