Michonne is a dragon of few words, believing that her actions are more indicative of her character. She is very protective of those she cares about: her mate, Macabre; his sister, Mazu; and her adopted daughter, Matryoshka. A proud huntress, Michonne is often relied on to bring fresh meals back to the clan. Sometimes she travels with Mazu to the Sea of a Thousand Currents to catch fresh seafood - a clan favorite - and haul it back to the lair.

Though she hails from the Windswept Plateau, she has no real ties to her homeland -- something she and her obtained family have in common. Though she's not particularly attached to the Tangled Wood either, her mate is, and because she is adaptive she is happy to stay by his side wherever that may be. As long as she has familial ties in the Wood, she doesn't plan to leave.

She adopted her daughter, Matryoshka, after rescuing her as an egg from a clan of Longnecks.
