October, the Hunter's Moon Witchborne under the Hunter's moon are granted the ability of having extremely heightened senses, although it may be a problem upon the hatchling who may experience sensory overload as soon as the egg may have been laid. Nevertheless, with the rigorous training they receive as they mature, along with the help of the Witchborne of the Cold Moon, these Hunters develop their accurate senses, allowing them to see, hear, smell, taste, and feel better than an average member of their species. They could even sense and immediately see through illusions and may even focus senses to look for a particular sight, sound, smell or taste while blocking out all others. In rare circumstances, there are those even born with the ability to sense all forms of energy and element. The last clutch born under the Blue Hunters Moon is imbued with a curse. These dragons are nocturnal, and sleep like the dead. Almost literally. At moon-rise on a full moon, these dragons awaken with dark desires and transform into the embodiment of their darkest traits. The moment the sun peaks over the horizon and shines it's light on these hatchlings, they fall into a deep slumber on the spot. When they awaken, they will not remember the previous night. They only transform when the moon is at it's fullest point. |
