 Mari is the sweet, yet feisty Mayor of the Raposa Village. Her position brings about a lot of stress; but, her partner, Jowee, is often there to encourage and support her.

During the brief moments when she is not busy with her mayoral duties, she can often be found reading books in her home, or praying in the Creation Hall.

Strangely, her favorite thing to read is a scientific journal about whales.
