 Jowee is often the first dragon visitors meet when entering the Raposa Village. He is adventurous, rash, and a bit absentminded; but, he is a stand-up guy and a loyal friend.

It may come as a bit of a surprise to find out that Mari, the mayor, is his significant other. However, the two fit together like peanut butter and jelly.

You can sometimes find him digging for treasure at the local beach.
