Boreas is as cold as he is distant. Almost always angry about something he's very quick to turn that anger on others. Dispite being a Shadow dragon Boreas loathes seeing tricks or loud games being played near him. Those who play quietly and keep their enjoyment to themselves are scornfully tolerated, but Gladekeeper help any rowdy hatchlings when Boreas is about.

A real sourpuss, Boreas doesn't really get along with anyone. Some he tolerates and some tolerate him back but there's no real 'liking' involved... until you get to Aura.

Fiesty and very strong willed, she's the only dragon who actively engages Boreas. He 'says' she annoys him more than anything but while some of their rows can become physical fights he's never once actually hurt her or put real effort into driving her off. Just don't say that where he can hear you.

Boreas 'standard' job is anything to do with menial labour. He's tremendously strong so he's usually asked to help with anything that deals with lifting or moving heavy or bulky objects. He also works with the compost heaps and digging any needed 'waste holes'.

His not so standard job is his ability to accurately predict any bad weather on the horizon. Whether a cold snap, storm, high winds or heavy rain he knows and is usually grumbling about it days in advance. How he knows is a complete mystery but somehow he's never wrong.
