Biography
As you enter the Hatchery, you start feeling the warm, family atmosphere. It smells of incense and the air is warm, the ground under your claws is warm from the lava pool underneath the floor. Soon, you are approached by a Pearlcatcher holding an unruly hatchling and glancing over to the side to keep an eye on the others. The hatchling squirms in her arms and she coos at it, and the sound of pure voice calms the dragonet almost immediately.
Another Pearlcatcher runs up to you, her mane messy, with wide, tired purple eyes.
"Please tell me you're here to pick up the baby! We have more than we know what to do with."
You step back and tell her that you're just here to look around, and with a frustrated sigh, the second Pearlcatcher runs off, leaving you with the pretty pink female.
She gives you a friendly smile and starts talking... you think. Actually, you can't understand a word she's saying. You hear "egg," "hold," "baby," and "sing" in there somewhere as she happily chitters away. You resort to smiling and nodding, and she claps her claws together in delight, then drops the hatchling into your arms and bounds off. A trail of music follows her as she runs, singing a popular love ballad. You run after her, trying to grasp onto the thrashing hatchling, to give it back to her.

Lovesong Singer/Nursery Head Crushing on Sunset Theme Permanent Her smile is written clear as day across her face Lovesong is a perfect pink dragon - roses across the board. She not only looks like flower blossoms, but smells just as pleasant, and is widely accepted to be a beautiful Pearlcatcher. Her soft pink mane is long and untangled, her wings filter light like stained glass windows, and her blue eyes catch the sun and bounce her beaming smile back to you. |
But isn't she just the strangest little thing?
There is no question that Lovesong is beautiful, but... to actually go up and talk to her? It's near impossible. She often drifts off, lost in her own thoughts, and it can take her a while to answer a question, respond to a conversation, or even to register you're talking to her. She sometimes blurts out seemingly random things, only for you to realize it's the answer to a question you asked five minutes ago. No, it's not enjoyable to talk to her at all. |
Her voice, her voice..!
But Lovesong doesn't need words. Her clear voice sounds pure and true, and as her name would suggest, she's often singing sappy, yet endearing romance songs, and singing lyrics are the only times you can make sense of what she's saying. If you were to compliment her, her laughs of delight ring like bells.
She doesn't need words, because she can do her job without them. Hatchlings don't need prattle and conversation, but they do need a lullaby to send them off to sleep. Yes, Lovesong is motherly and caring to the hatchlings of the Moonspire, and obviously enjoys her time with the little dragons. Often times, another dragon has to step in to make sure Lovesong doesn't spoil the hatchlings too extravagantly.

Connected by the Heart Most of the Moonspire loves their quirky singing girl, though there are a few that don't understand her.
