Vicand is one of the most famous and rich merchants in Sorneith. Since his youth he sold tea, of rare and expensive varieties.

Though he may be eccentric and act foolish at times, he isn't all talk. He relentlessly destroys competitors within his market using all the knowledge and skill of an accomplished war strategist. Something about this clashing personality is unsettling, almost malicious. But generally, the man is harmless. He enjoys money and will do a lot, within *mostly* legal means, to get more gold.

"My gods, you look a mess!" Vicand says, looking appalled. You look the same as always. "Would you care for some tea?" he asks, looking rather expectant. Alas, the butler warned you on the way in: never accept tea from Vicand, he'll make you pay for it thrice-over.

And so you sit at the famous tea-merchant's little table. The room is quaint, it'd be nearly impossible to know it was the business quarters of one of the richest dragons in Sorneith. Impossible, except for the fact that every little detail of this room, from the extensive drapery and the small baubles, are some of the most expensive money could buy. The room is... excruciatingly tacky.

"So you're the special little inventor sent my way, eh? Got some big plans?" He laughs. It almost hurts to listen to and you'd be happy to never hear it again. He puts his face a little too close. "I think with your big ideas we... you- could make a lot of money." His fuchsia eyes dart around, perhaps scanning your face for a reaction. He pulls away.

"So, putting tea in bags, huh." He observes his claws before looking back at you with those searching eyes. "It sounds, quite frankly, insane, little inventor. But it just may work."
