Born to Shattered Stars and a Shattered Star herself, she is not quite a dragon. But through cleverness and knowledge, what her parents went through is not her Fate. Though less tied to this realm than those born in Arcane. The Wind holds her here. That and a sphere with a seed in it, made by artisan call osstali, for the original spell.
