Power Level
Scorned by the Arcanist: The priest has read the bones and sees great hatred from their deity. They have cast this child aside. They will struggle to conjure even the slightest bit of magic, and will find it almost impossible to live out a happy life.

Bio
Though born Arcane, Ciera's pursuits were far from anything knowledgeable. Born without even the slightest hint of magic within her, many thought that the multi-eyed girl wouldn't amount to much of anything. Her father had long fallen, and her mother wasn't around very much. Even so, Ciera was far useless. It's just that she preferred a much more direct approach; namely, combat.

Combat is where Ciera comes alive, in a way, and she's a surprisingly bloodthirsty warrior type. She loves a good fight; anyone who can give her a challenge is certainly someone she'll give the time of day, and she lives to prove herself as more than a scorned hatchling with no magical talent to speak of. It's why she doesn't mind living within the walls of the Frigid Spire so much; given her penchant for escaping her quarters and picking fights with other, stronger dragons, she feels she's right at home as a criminal.

"I love the gothic vibe Ciera gives off. She is probably one of the coolest Banescales I have seen! I love her combat-centered mindset. Her familiar is also very fitting with her colour scheme! The multi-eye gene really gives a cool contrast to her monochromatic/blueish colours. She's a ****** and I love her!"
