Biography

Bulcot
Fire Representative, older and definitely calmer than he looks
Bulcot has a very calm and collected attitude at all times. He speaks in a quiet and firm voice, thinking carefully about his words before starting to talk at any occasion. He doesn't like playing, and would rather do relaxing or repetitive activities to spend his free time: gathering herbs or fishing mussels if there's need, cleaning, or counting the number of times his mother throws a concerned look at him in the span of one morning. When hatchlings mistake him for another newborn dragon and try to play with him, Bulcot refuses firmly, even at the cost of sounding cold.
As a dragon with Primal Fire energy in his body, Bulcot needs to practice meditation and keep himself in check at all times. This is actually not a hard task, but Bulcot realized that he likes the absolute sense of peace when he's alone, or in a very quiet place. His Guardian roots might be the reason behind this and he doesn't mind the idea at all.
Despite everything, Entarge is one of the dragons he admires the most. He's always eager to see what is Entarge currently making experiments for and still wishes to take part in them, despite Fereneel being absolutely against it.

Bulcot was born a Guardian from the first nest that Fereneel had with her current mate, Negisselth. His eyes were an immediate surprise for everyone: nobody in the lair had ever seen a dragon with Primal eyes before and some of the dragons in the lair were even convinced that he'd succumb to his internal Fire energy soon after his birth.
When Entarge examined him, he quickly reassured everyone that it wasn't a dangerous condition, especially not for Bulcot himself. He would need to keep his elemental powers under control, for sure, and try to avoid mood swings and strong emotions before he would grow to a certain age, but other than that it was nothing to be worried for. That was how Bulcot's life began.
Even before coming of age, Bulcot realized that keeping his energy under control was not hard at all. He could sense that he was different from his siblings, but that didn't mean that he couldn't live his life just like they did. Unfortunately, that didn't help him socialize with other hatchlings all that much.
Entarge was curious about Bulcot's nature from the very beginning, and dedicated a good amount of time to studying him. Both Tafeirinmen and Fereneel were concerned about it: Bulcot was meant to find his Charge and live his life, not to sit in a laboratory every day as someone's crazy project.
Bulcot didn't mind at all, however. Entarge was very interested in his nature, but oddly enough, he was also the dragon who made him feel like everyone else the most: there was no dragon Entarge wasn't interested in from a scientific standpoint, after all.
It was during those experiments that Bulcot changed: his breed changed, then the patterns on his body, and finally he found himself in the body of a hatchling.
It took some time, but Bulcot eventually came to accept it, and even like it better than his adult body. When Entarge was done creating a Scroll of Maturity, Bulcot promptly refused. His small body could fit inside Entarge's laboratory much more easily than his previous, huge Banescale body - not to mention his much larger Guardian size. His body also seemed more sensitive to elemental energy, which made his visit to the laboratory much more interesting.
As for the Flight Representative title, Bulcot is still not entirely sure he deserves it, and he's still in hopes of having someone who can support him, but Fereneel insists that he's the best dragon for the job: putting his elemental powers aside, Bulcot is one of the very few Fire dragons who are not too hot-headed to have a proper dialogue with different flights. Some dragons are skeptical at first, as they tend to consider him the same as a child, but it doesn't take him long to prove himself even to the most doubtful ambassadors.
