Gambit

the depths of lightning may be tormented by storms, but even when the sparks fade from the air, their whispers hiss through the hills and howl through the cacti. it's here that gambit's heart resides, not in the wailing storms of his homeland, but the soft, desperate cries of the lightning skies.

gambit doesn't wield the storms, no; he limits himself to conjuring mists. but when he lets his mind wander, so too does the shape of the mist, and it takes on new forms, colors as bright and diverse as a lightning storm.

through the storms float whispers, signals, information invisible to a dragon's eye, but it leaves its traces on gambit's mind. names, dates, places, times, images, maps, telemetry... it speaks to him, and when he can focus through the noise of the modern skies, he can conjure the locations, names, and any other useful data about just about any individual on the continent. thus, he's found himself made useful in lightning, not just as a fortune teller, but an agent of intelligence.
