A dingo/crocodile hybrid, possessing the body shape and tail of crocodile, the characteristics of a dingo and a thick Australian accent. He's one of Cortex's most intelligent animal henchmen. Dingodile is a pyromaniac, and seldom seen without his flamethrower and gas tank strapped to his back. Although cunning, Dingodile's trigger-happy and destructive nature often leads to his own downfall when going up against Crash.

Despite being sleazy and sometimes treacherous, Dingodile's hobbies are rather peaceful compared to his line of work - he enjoys croquet, fine literature and cooking (if it's not being roasted with his flamethrower, that is).

In Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time, Dingodile has a change of heart and retires from a life of villainy, instead settling down to run his diner - Dingo's Diner. Instead of a flamethrower, Dingodile now has a vacuum cannon at his side. When his diner is destroyed and Dingodile is pulled into the events of It's About Time, Dingodile happily works alongside his former enemy - Crash - and shows no malice towards him and instead becomes a valuable friend.
