This is harder for me to do than for all of you, but I’ll take the risk. Please thank me later in the form of a paper note rubbed all over with pleasant-smelling face powder. So, uh, I also got you guys some scrolls as well. Feel free to use them as your personal notes or whatever. That’s what those over at Shroudsea do when they get tired of Dịch Thiên’s shenanigans. I think. Do not and I repeat do not ask me what I think about Dịch Thiên. Do not. Can of worms. Yes, this includes you, random dragon who inevitably ends up with this piece of writing thanks to my tendency to misplace all my belongings. First and foremost, I am a firm believer in not treating self-biography scrolls seriously. The clan can do without these psychological games from the higher-ups, I think. While I respect their agency, I don’t think they’re as clean as they make themselves out to be. In fact, I have no idea what they are up to most of the time. I just wanna hang out with my friends without them sniffing me out. So basically, I call us (and by us I mean you and me, unless you’re not the yous I’m thinking about) the Cryptid Sector as like a tongue-in-cheek denomination, and I hope you won’t find it offensive. Whether you’ve chosen the life of secrecy voluntarily or inadvertently, you’re all welcome here. Not many dragons understand us, or even acknowledge us, but you’re all very much existing in my eyes. Existing, tangible, and occupying a space in this chaotic, puzzling world. Unless, you know, you don’t want to be perceived. That’s fine too, my dear little incorporeal substance. That’s fine too. Finally, um, I’m gonna make a cool closing statement. Uh, feel free to submit ideas for fun activities.
