LEORA
taking part in the vow of poverty

Leora is a young Fae who came to the Bright Willow clan seeking a future. She was taken in by Cobalt, who seemed rather rushed at the time, and immediately dropped off in a cave with three other dragons- two Faes and a Tundra. One Fae, who was gray and red, seemed unhappy about her arrival, while the other Fae, a blue and gray one made a joke to no one in particular. The Tundra came over and picked her up, asking the others what to name her. She heard the red Fae say something, but she wasn't sure what. The Tundra walked over to a table, much like the one her parents used to tell stories around, and set her on it. Overwhelmed with the memories and desperate to overwrite them with new ones, the little Fae asked for a story.

The blue Fae, who she now knew as Maia, said that Heather was good at storytelling. The Tundra began to spin a tale of hardship and patience, of risk and reward. She told of a vow called the Vow of Poverty, which she left her clan to take, and ended up helping Maia and Verrazano, the other Fae, complete their own Vows. Inspired and captivated, Leora takes the Vow herself.
