Near the outskirts of town is the local garbage dump. The dragons drop their trash off there so it may compost into fertile soil. Anything that isn’t compostable is dumped into one of the boiling pustules to be melted down. However, there is a certain Skydancer that doesn’t view everything thrown out here as trash. His name is Kevin.

Kevin is an eccentric fellow who collects random trinkets and knick knacks. He usually can be seen digging through garbage piles or bargaining with dragons for their scraps. The garbage he manages to collect is usually repurposed into some sort of weird contraption. Despite his gangly and clumsy appearance, Kevin is surprisingly nimble with his claws.

He is the adoptive father of Abby, a young Aberration.
