Yainfarn's species-empathy serves his brutality as the clan's assassin. Off-duty however he becomes the Hindered, fumbling civilities with his too-blunt or outright immoral responses. Most think he just has a black sense of humor, but Yainfarn would rather remove himself from polite company than risk anyone's reputation.
