EnglishRose's Quick Guide to a
Level 25
Plague Runestone Plague Dragon Venues
Best: Kelp Beds, Crystal Pools, Boreal Woods
Good: Volcanic Vents, Harpy's Roost, Ghostlight Ruins
Worst: Arena, Golem Workshop, Scorched Forest, Waterway, Portal
Best Venues for Each Element (like above but for the rest of the elements)

About training and farming
Training is great for leveling fodder (leveling to lvls 5-10 most recommended) to exalt for treasure; it is the most consistent way to make money in FR. Training is also important for leveling dragons you want to use as future trainers.
Farming is used for long term stays in specific venues to gain specific resources for HibDen Slots, Swipp's Swap Stand, or to sell for profit in the AH. Most farming builds require 2 - 3 dragons; 2 physical fighters and 1 breath healer.

About EnglishRose's Recommendations
My recommendations will be coming from Maki's Coli Builds, although Kolo has a comprehensive coli build list you can peruse for other options. Be aware that devs added new beasts and venues to the coli and made coli slightly more difficult after 2020, so any builds that have not been updated from before 2020 may not be properly adjusted for the increased difficulty in some venues.

With one level 25 dragon, you will not be able to farm successfully in the higher level venues (lvls 20+). You will be able to more easily farm in the lower levels, but you won't receive any experience from those fights so you cannot level fodder or future trainers in the lower levels.
What you can do is use this dragon as a trainer to level up other dragons as your farmers. See above for what elements you should for your desired farming venues.

I have included at the bottom of this bio a catchall farming build, but it is for 3 dragons. Feel free to play around with it for farming, but be aware that the higher you go the more difficult farming will be with one dragon, which is why my following recommendations are all for trainers. The idea is to use this dragon to train up a farming team. It is tedious (and I'm happy to help when you get stuck on some stuff), but in the long run it will be more helpful for farming.

A note about stones and stats
Stones: Once you place your stone on your dragon you cannot remove those stones without destroying them. With stones like Eliminate, Berserker, and Ambush, because they are so expensive to buy and hard to find I do not recommend ever destroying these stones so be careful of which dragons you choose to put them on.
Stats: For stats however, you can zero them out and try again with a bit of treasure. So if you try a build and don't like it you can try another one. You will need a Tincture of Dissolution from the treasure Marketplace to do this.

Build Recs for this dragon
Best:
Boreal Wood Trainer - You can scratch + elim all but the boss. I know its the lowest leveling venue possible (so it might be slower than the higher levels), but with Plague dragons being at an advantage in this venue it should go a little faster.

Good:
Crystal Pools Trainer - An alternate option to the two-fodder Rally build (105 STR / 90 QCK / 11 VIT), less stable, but slightly faster, since it needs only 3 turns for each battle instead of 4 turns. This is only Good and not Best because you cannot one shot the sturgeons when rallied. This would otherwise be a great build to have.

Harpy's Roost Trainer - Pretty straight forward trainer, although Plague is not the best element for this venue its pretty high up there so this could be a good trainer build.

Okay (would be Good or Best, but is very fragile and not beginner friendly)
Kelp Beds Kraken - A 2 fodder trainer. This was my first build, and it was great for leveling fast, but it was extremely fragile and needed all of my attention. With Plague being at an advantage in Kelp Beds this could go in Good or Best, but it is a difficult trainer to handle, hence being put in Okay.
Leviathan Leveler - A slightly stronger, but still fragile, version of the Kelp Beds Kraken.
Future Coli
Best Fodder Leveler
If you want a strong fodder leveler I strongly recommend Maki's Updated Mire Flyer. It is a 2 fodder leveler. You need Arcane for the best results (Lightning will an okay alternative, but Arcane is a must).

Generic Farming Build
Maki made a good generic farming team with details about elements and how many turns it will take in each venue.
Selling this dragon
First, I gifted you this dragon which means you can do whatever what you want with it. You do not have to ask for my permission to do things with it. However, if you do not want the hassle of selling, I'm always happy to take this dragon back.

If you get to a point where you don't want to use this dragon in coliseum anymore you can sell this dragon for quite a bit of money. Level 25 dragons with an eliminate often go for minimum 280 gems (as of Feb 2024). Being an XXY White/Red could also increase the price substantially. Please make sure to check the AH for how much similar dragons are going for so you can get your money's worth.
