Right hand man to Merigold, Galio's always had enough energy to keep up with the work of helping lead the gatherers. That was the only thing he really had a ton of, energy. He'd never learned to read, or write for that matter, but Astra did teach him to write his own name, so that was a start! He'd learned all the letters and their names too, further along than he'd anticipated getting. His lack of knowledge didn't mean he didn't know his stuff about insects though!

When he wasn't getting lessons from Astra (which was most of the time), he was out bug catching for the clan's food stores. Oh boy did they eat a lot of bugs, enough that the fae oftentimes could be seen struggling to drag back a larger catch from his traps, he himself sometimes not as large as the insects he tried bringing back. Those goliath beetles didn't wrestle themselves!
