As you're walking through the woods you feel the hair on your neck stand on end and a strange burst of static. All of it sends chills up your spine. You thought you were alone, but it feels like somebody is watching.
You walk even further until you see blue eyes looking back at you from the shadows of the undergrowth. You are not alone.
Namivath was found by the scouts one day as they were crossing by the Shadow Flight border. This strange Snapper was seen talking to absolutely nothing and having a deep conversation. Her eyes glowed hauntingly. Only Chione was brave enough to approach her. Maybe it was The Shade, just like Chi.
After a long chat with her, Chione eventually convinced her to return home with the scouting team. Namivath seemed pretty normal; according to her she was just talking to the spirits of the drowned and killed near the water by the border. It was a known area of a tragic battle between Nature and Shadow Flights so it was almost believable.

As the clan got to know Nami, they themselves were hearing and seeing spirits during their travels. They saw actual Poltergeists and ghosts of the dragons killed on the territories they crossed. Nami would convince any that didn't have pure intentions to leave the clan alone just long enough to pass by. She was a lot more helpful than anybody wanted to admit.

Nami also has a habit of telling Water Flight fodder that she knows where the Tidelord is. Nobody thinks she telling the truth but Chione believes. Supposedly the spirits in the water have seen him around, but the only one hearing it is Nami.
