*** The world was new again. A young dragon looks up into the overhanging trees and vines above him. His first thought was "Where am I?" He looked up to see a large snapper looking down at him with a soft smile. "I know this new life may be confusing. You had been quite small. I know you used to be a warrior, maybe now you could resume right where you had been before," she said, recognizing the look across his face. He pushed himself to his feet, looking over her with even more confusion. He hadn't seen a snapper outside of Earth territory before her. His body felt heavy and large. Each step took a massive effort. This would take some getting used to. "I need to find my clan," he growled. His voice had come out small and cute, not what he was intending. In embarrassment, he huffed and started to stalk away from the snapper. "No, no! This body isn't grown yet!" the snapper called out, chasing after him.

Previously known as a Plague Fae Warrior, [NAME] travels to find his old clan. He doesn't know how long it has been since they were separated. Many, many years may have passed by now. He doesn't remember how long has passed since the fateful day when Plague had attacked Nature. He was taken down by an unseen projectile from the massive tree towering above the territory before crash landing in the marshes nearby. He must not have survived with how different everything seemed. The last thing he remembers otherwise was a direct order from the Plaguebringer to attack alongside his assigned clan. His new mother had shown him the area, displaying that the two flights were at peace at the Pox Consulate. From there, he noticed something unusual in the distance. The Pillar of the World was shattered. He thought that it still reached into the sky, the top barely being seen. He looked up to his new mother, "Weren't your kind supposed to protect that?" "Our kind," she corrected. "You're a snapper now too, you know. That Pillar has been shattered for hundreds of years. It's definitely not me or any of my close ancestors' faults it was destroyed." He had to think on her statement for a long time. Hundreds of years have passed since he last walked Sornieth. This was a whole new world. |
