Zircon is extremely attuned to fire magic, being a coatl with plumage that reflects her ancestral homeland. And compared to most fire users, she is also extremely balanced and calm, able to compose herself even as someone griefs her, like her own mentor - Spitfire. In fact, it's her very personality that makes her apprenticeship possible, for it's near impossible to stay in a heated argument with a dragon who can refute your passionate words so coldly. Whenever Zircon is not training at the sanctum, she visits her twin sister, Teatime, in the Wisp Court, enjoying a good cup of tea every now and then.
