Biography
Guardian
Former assassin
Soldier
Frostbite...has had it rough.
Once upon a time she was unquestionable loyal to the 'Fire Ballad.' A group of banescales who were all above and beyond skilled in ferocity, intelligence, and prowess. Their cause was to spread their greatness and skills throughout the land of Sornieth. They ruled over a rough but mineral rich stretch of land that was teeming with lava. The Fire Ballad ruled the clan as one while the dragons living among them worked and provided.
A delicate balance of power that could not have been more easy to tip over.
Over time corruption began to sow rotten roots into the clan. Where Frostbite once saw allies and fellow kin there was only blind obedience and a heartless leader who had somehow put himself above all of them. It took the destruction of a neighboring village for her to finally see that this way of life was not one she wished for herself. She was not a mere pawn anymore.
Of course there are eyes and ears all over keeping a watch out for 'trouble-makers' and they heard of Frostbite's hesitation and reluctance to continue the cause.
Together with a young and very special fae named Winter, the fugitives made a break for it and escaped by the skin of their teeth. They had been driven all the way to the frozen tundra where they surely would have died had it not been for Winter. The powers she possessed were one of the reasons she left with Frostbite to begin with...
Frostbite does not trust easily if at all these days. Her only concern is keeping Winter safe. The only dragon that seems to making any chips in that frozen shell is a cocky but kind-hearted skydancer named Hawkfire.
The armor on her body comes off but she hardly removes it due to old habits and just not trusting her surroundings so easily.
