Follower of Pits Of The Sea, Rian was lured to the god because of his anger. When his sister Eva was taken as Spellbinder's apprentice, the Ridgeback grew bitter at the fact that she abandoned her family, and became a great spellcaster. Pits Of The Sea took advantage of that, and now Rian serves him.
