Bloodsong

Background

Bloodsong was born during an unusual event in the Clan of Singing Blood. A surge of plague energy which resulted in increased fertility among certain dragons, blessed and favored by the Plaguebringer. The skinless and flayed and bloodied were uplifted. He was the Queen's favorite, and given the name of the Clan.

Bloodsong has poor eyesight, but he has the ability to bond to another living thing and see through their eyes. He can maintain more than one such bond, but they are limited by his ability to focus. The better relationship he has with his target, the easier it is. For example, he can maintain a bond with all three of his nest-siblings at once, or only a single unwilling target.

Parentage

Bloodsong is a Son of Jack and Jejune, two dragons with a fair amount of notability and renown in their clan. Jejune is a priestess and minor noble. Jack is a learned plague dragon who is highly knowledgeable about biology, the physical bodies of dragons, beasts, and animals, and about the microscopic sources of blights and illnesses.
