Ianna the Household Assistant

I. From hatching, Ianna knew the harsh realities of life. Her mother was extremely strict on her due to being disappointed in the professions of the others. When the marriage between Romarich and Tidestrike was finalized, Arcano approached Ianna and asked her to be an assistant for the future rulers. He saw just how good Ianna was at organization, and knew they would need all the help they needed. Corrente protested at first, but relented eventually.

Ianna had her training with Brynja and Saorla, who knew a lot about serving higher ranks. Ianna was eventually sent to serve the future monarchs. She worked closely with Lynette, who she had a rivalry with at first.

II. At first, the only reason Ianna served Romarich and Tidestrike was due to the fact that she wished to bring honor upon the family name of Winchester. She would not let the disappointment of her predecessors weigh her down, and she was determined to live up to her mother's expectations. Ianna spent the first year getting to know her master and mistress. Though she was constantly snarking against Tidestrike, Ianna was a bit more subdued when it came to Romarich, whose royal blood struck a loyalty in Ianna's soul. Overtime, Ianna came to realize the rulers were vulnerable and kind, and felt bad for her treatment of them.

III. A few months passed and one day Ianna was out looking for more herbs to make afternoon tea. While returning, she accidentally stepped on a beautiful Spiral. Ianna apologized briefly before walking off. However, the Spiral was left with a huge impression. Sylvor followed Ianna around every day and tried to get her attention. Ianna barely paid her any heed, instead ignoring her to the best of her ability. However, Sylvor's charm eventually wore her down and Ianna allowed her to accompany her to gather herbs for her master and mistress. Sylvor fell in love, though Ianna's feelings were slightly more damped. The two took their relationship slowly and surely until eventually, they proposed.

Ianna also became good friends with Lynette. Despite starting out with a rocky relationship, she enjoyed serving with her new best friend. Ianna was quite enjoying her new life away from her overbearing mother. She had a loving girlfriend, an extremely supportive best friend and a master and mistress who protected her as though she was their own hatchling. Corrente almost disowned her after finding out that she was going to marry an outsider, but she was talked down stared down by Arcano, who demanded politely whispered for her to accept her daughter's choices. Corrente was outraged, but accepted the king-consort's order.
