In a quiet hall of the Gilded Aspen building, a strange scent permeates from behind an elegant, closed door. Pushing it open grants you an intense burst of the smell you noticed from the outside, almost enough to knock you off your feet at first. But as time goes on, and you make your acquaintance with your new surroundings, the scent becomes more and more pleasant, like a strange cup of tea.

Bottles and jars line the shelves of this room, filled to the brim with all manners of curiosities. Bundles of herbs, strange, viscous liquids, piles of odd-looking powders: it seems this place has it all. And yet, despite the amount of items packed into the space, you would struggle to call it cluttered. Everything is organized in a very simple fashion, and the glass is shining brightly even on the most off-putting of bottles, entirely untouched by dust. And while you cannot see the owner of this area at the moment, you can hear light clinking and bubbling coming from a curtained doorway behind the counter, indicating the Apothecary is hard at work, creating new remedies for the workers of the Gilded Aspen.
