On a well-worn wooden bench in the main hall of the Gilded Aspen, a pale skydancer sits with his eyes closed, appearing asleep. In the clamor of the main hall, it's hard to imagine how anyone would be able to doze off...

Focused, Oran keeps close attention on the movement going on around him. He knows his closed eyes might make him appear asleep to outsiders, and in his eyes, this is a benefit: it means most dragons won't come up to him and disturb his divination. He keeps track of every sound going on around him meticulously, listening for any voices that might strike him as important. His methods of divination had once been called ridiculous by many around him when he had first joined the Order, but after predicting the occurrence of one fire and two break-ins threatening their vast stores of knowledge, he has not ceased to gain more and more respect among his peers. As an additional bonus to what he provides, his hearing is exceptionally good after having spent so long keeping an ear out on the world, making it near impossible for even the softest sounds to escape his attention. This makes him indispensable on intelligence gathering missions, and a huge asset when studying the movements of the wind and small creatures.
