Moonbeam (or, as she's occasionally known by, "The Starcatcher"), is a very mysterious nocturne indeed. Her and her mate, Trains, supposedly help escort spirits to the afterlife. They help them deal with shock and suddenness, and are all around very caring, but seem cold and distant and mysterious to the other dragons.
To help the clan, Moonbeam keeps records of every dragon exalted to the Shadowbinder here, what caused them to want or be forced into exaltation, and how they are currently serving her. She also tries to keep tabs on dragons who were raised in the clan and currently serve other deities, but this is more difficult and the information she has on them is usually outdated or incomplete, given the secretive nature of dominance armies in general.
