19259.png Nasir's heart swell with pride, and a somewhat nostalgic smile formed under his mask as he read the letter the stout had given to him. Those were the words of a pup of his, her fragance still lingering in the ink and the paper. He could remember the same fragance, from so long ago, his little mirror daughter learning to write for the first time under the careful guidance of the clan's teachers, running through the decaying forests at the edge of the clan's territory, the combat moves he had taught her in the mires. She was now a great, although small lady, making him and the clan proud in distant lands, just like her mother.

As dinner time approached, Nasir packed again the little souvenirs that came with his daughter's letter, and bending down to the messenger's level he invited it to accompany him to the clan's hall, thing the stoat hesitantly accepted. The Peeblehide was still wary around the traditional skull masks of the clan, yet silently proud of a work well done. It felt a special bond form between them as the meaning of the message it delivered was one of happyness for this dragon.

It was a nice evening in the clan's communal dining hall, where Nasir showed up the treasured dagger his daughter had conquered in battle, her foe's terror and fair defeat still reeking in the weapon's scent, testimony of her strenght and conviction, prompting the ovation and congratulations of the whole clan.

It was indeed a very nice evening.
