Chaucer

Chaucer used to own a bed and breakfast in Tanglevine. Since he loves animals, Lusi started bringing him animals she picked up on her adventures, and he has accumulated quite a collection. Some of them needed more space than anyone could get in a city, so he had to move to the outskirts. He managed to find a Gladeveins plot not terribly far from the city with some room to run around, and begin carving a path to it.

Most city folk would not be interested in coming that way, but if they were, they would find a large house with a guest room at a reasonable rate, managed by a kindly tundra. Those of appropriate size would find more rooms underground. Outside, there is a very large pastureland enclosed by a meters-high fence to keep predators out; this is where the prey animals live.

Chaucer hails from Earnest Forest Haven.
