bio ❧ Hawthorn grew up under his father's training, so he knows the military inside and out. He could tell you what's going on at any given moment, and frankly is smart enough that he could've been an adviser or top strategist for his father, but instead he chose to raise war beasts. Parda, Hainu, Foo, Kelpies--Hawthorn even has his hands on Beastclan species who are interested in helping; he's made connections with certain Centaur herds and some Serthis who lend their blade in the clan's name from time to time. Perhaps not the most noble of occupations, but the enemies usually only expect their opponents to have a familiar or two--not an army of battle-ready wolves and Warcats. Seeking to purchase one of his trained beasts, you look into his stables now, watching him work. A litter of young Hainu play in his mane as he grooms their mother's fur with a comb, ridding her of any ticks and debris from the grass she'd been playing with her pups in earlier in the day. Hawthorn does not seem to notice he has a customer, not at first, but after some time passes in silence he turns to you with a slight scowl. "You should've spoken up," he scolds softly, as though he's one to talk with habits of not talking to anyone, ever. "Come, I'll show you to the beasts I have for sale and we'll find you someone who fits your needs."
