Due to circumstances best left unexplained, Zephyr chose to step down and allow Mary the role of Leader. He is now the adviser, helping to guide her and give advice when she needs it. Calm and reserved, he wisely watches over the other dragons of the den and is quick to settle arguments among them. He is highly protective over his group, and will not hesitate to hurry along any unfriendly dragons or familiars with a well aimed bolt of lightning. Fiona's return seems to have caused a change for the better, as Zephyr is much more friendly and happier than he has been in a long time.
