Story
Fiona left roughly six years ago, due to unexplained circumstances, but she has finally returned to the clan! She was very surprised by the numerous changes, including Zephyr's transformation into a Coatl, but she quickly adapted and is overjoyed to have returned to her mate. She is very motherly and friendly, and is a strong wielder of healing magic. A little over-doting, she is quick to nurse her fellow dragons back to health. She also has a childish side to her, and can be rather playful and curious.

Random Info
~Fiona is very playful, and sometimes acts younger than she really is. This can get on other dragons' nerves at times, but her sweet nature usually wins them over.
~She loves flowers, especially roses.
~She is saddened that Smendrick and Miracle are no longer together, but she still loves them both dearly, and has grown to love Smendrick's current mate, Molly. Fiona also loves Mary very much and enjoys talking to her.

Doctor Fiona's notes for Health/Infections in the clan
Perfect
Regeneration
The dragon is in perfect health and has nothing wrong with them.
RAINBOW
Reflective Fish Scales
SCALES
Symptoms: The afflicted dragon's body changes colors, sometimes several times a day, other times only a few times a month. There seems to be no pain or discomfort. It doesn't appear to be infectious.
Cure: There is no known cure. After a while the dragon stops changing colors. The only cure is time.
PSHADE
Unearthly Onyx Grasp
PPOSSESSED
Symptoms: The afflicted dragon seems infected by some kind of dark, shifting substance that slowly corrupts their physique and mentality. Physically, their bodies start taking on a dripping, sludge like consistency and most dragon's bodies will grow darker. Some dragons' bodies will start changing drastically after a time, morphing into something completely different from their original appearance. The only true consistent changes are copious amounts of dark matter that leak from their eye ducts, giving them a tear-stricken look, and several large claw like appendages that grow from between their wings. They also have a terrible fear of light. Even the smallest amount seems to hurt them, though I wonder if that is symptom of their own fears rather than a physical ailment.
In the beginning, a Shade-Possessed dragon seems mostly sane. Aside from constant muttering and shying away from bright light, they are capable of coherent speech and rationality. Most dragons suffer from an extreme change in personality very quickly though. I'd say roughly after two to three moons the dragon in question begins experiencing severe mood swings. They become aggressive and irrational at the smallest discomfort, and will attempt to harm the nearest living creature. Restraint seems to take a great effort and only the sound of a familiar voice will have any impact on calming them. After five or six moons, the afflicted dragon seems to no longer recognize friends or family. They are completely hostile in the presence of other living creatures and will attack indiscriminately. By themselves (Or unaware of another presence) they will pace around their holding cell, muttering in a strange language that I have yet to decipher. Occasionally they will stand still, head tilted as if listening, before responding with various gestures and sounds (Nodding, Smiling, Frowning, Shaking head, laughing, etc.). They seem to have no desire to escape...yet. I have also noticed something rather alarming concerning their wardens, our Gaoler brethren. There seems to be an intense...hatred directed towards them. Almost as if they are blaming them for their predicament. I pray that none escape.

*New* Ancient Breeds: As I have feared, we have discovered that ancient breeds other than Gaolers can be Shade-Possessed. Or at any rate, Banescales can be infected. The affliction is different than modern breeds. They, or rather she, does not appear to exhibiting the same symptoms other than her eyes. Instead, her scales appear to be peeling from the skin in a strange, gash like pattern. Specifically around the face and neck. The membrane of her wings has also began to slough from between the bones, and she can no longer fly. The most startling change is the strange, smokey shadows that emit from her face, feet, and wing tips. It looks similar to a Banescale with the wraith trait, but thicker, and it might be possible that it is the cause for the loss of scales and membrane. The substance is extremely cold and produces a numbing effect that lasted several hours (Fool that I was to touch it!). Like with the others, this Banescale proved to be very hostile and took several of the wardens to lock her away. She seems to fear the light as the others do, though we have noticed that she is more terrified of dogs. Javelin has been stationed in her cell as the smoke does not seem to bother him and he keeps her docile with the occasional bark or growl if she gets riled up. Her speech is the same unrecognizable language of the others, though I am starting to make out a word here or there. One word in particular keeps popping up. Whisper. Something about a whisper. The other Shade-Possessed dragons have mentioned the same thing. Alastor has noticed that word in particular as well, and when I spoke to our leader Mary-who is the only one besides myself that visits these dragons-she confirmed she has heard the word as well. For some reason that word has filled me with a sense of dread, and I dare not venture too far into the cells without protection. Could there be something controlling these poor souls? Something that no other dragon can see? Zephyr has not been able to make anything out of it as well, though he prefers to stay as far away from the Ward as possible.
Cure: So far there is no cure. Any attempts to speak to Shade-Possessed dragon are met with hostility, and they seem immune to Splash's attempts at therapy. I have not been allowed to examine any of the sludge-like secretions, having been told by both Alastor and Heart that it is very possible, and more than likely, that it could spread throughout Plightning Hollow and infect other dragons. The only solution is to keep these unfortunate dragons safely locked away where they cannot harm themselves or others. I will keep working towards a solution in the meantime.
