______ A dragon who was once normal, he perhaps let his curiosity get the best of him. A strange new portal and a dark presence called to him. Echoing in his mind the closer he got. It wouldn't hurt to just... take a peek, would it? Just to see what kind of knowledge might lie beyond the portal? Surely. Heitor would not know how wrong he was until it was too late. Darkness. An incredible, endless, darkness... When his eyes opened once more he barely kept his sanity when the chaos of his vision started to show him how he had changed. That same blackness settled into his scales, his wings. His eyes, once two, now many, scattered across his body and observing everything. It took many years for the harsh realizations of his visions to settle and for his sanity to once again return.

______ Though typically a dragon of a well kept demeanor, the scars left by the forbidden portal can be seen in more than just his scales. He has developed ticks and other coping behaviors that most other dragons might find odd or off putting. The dragons of the Solarium understand, or even relate, to his condition and offer him a safe space to explore that which haunts him.
