LEVI
THE FRIENDLY THIEF
kleptomaniac - stylish - indebted

PERSONALITY
A thief and a scoundrel, Levi has a terrible reputation for good reason. He's an awful kleptomaniac who often can't help but steal and swindle, more compulsion than choice.

This makes it extremely hard for him to connect to others, but when he does he treats those relationships as seriously as he can. If Little Snow needed his help, he would be on his way in an instant, desperate to repay what he treats as a life debt.

HISTORY
If pirates were one-man operations, then a pirate Levi would be.

He has a terrible reputation across the entire Sea of a Thousand Currents, well known for cheating proper pirates out of money at cards, scamming honest businessmen, and flat-out stealing items whenever they catch his fancy (which is often). He's been banned from Water Flight territory permanently after attempting to break into the heart of Spiral Keep during the Tidelord's absence, and now spends the majority of his time in the Southern Icefield, grifting traveling dragons, beastclans, and anyone who will pay him the time of day.

During one of his excursions to the Southern Icefield, he was nearly killed by a mysterious creature. Peep and Adair were able to save his life, carting him back to Little Snow's local doctor. He spent weeks comatose and months in recovery.

Ever since, he has seen himself as indebted to the trio. He stops in once every several months to deliver fresh (usually stolen) supplies and check in, repaying the town in the only way he knows how.

Items still go missing from Little Snow sometimes, but Levi at least has the gall to feel bad about it.
