B I O G R A P H Y

______ Sirius is one of the many dragons in the village that were formerly stars. He is one of the younger stars, having been born towards the end of the Second Age. Because of this, he is wise beyond his years and retells many stories from what he saw back then. When he was first reborn, he had the ability to transform between a hatchling and adult form, but chose to immediately take on the form of an adult, leaving his hatchling form behind. He used the added strength an adult dragon had to travel the Icefields, using his travels as a way to learn more about the world of Sornieth. He never kept his past life a secret, telling it to everyone who asked. As a result, the rumour that a fallen star began spreading like wildfire, its reach extending even out of the Icefields. Midna left her life in the Starfall Isles after hearing the rumours, and just so happened to find Sirius. Of course, she was very eager to ask Sirius about his previous life and Sirius, not one to be secretive about it, gladly responded. They quickly struck up a friendship, and eventually fell in love and became mates. Some time later, Sirius felt that another star had fallen and become a dragon, and he left his clan with Midna to find his fellow star. Their search led them to Frostfall Village, where they found not just Astra, the star Sirius had felt, but also Hyperia and Hargreve, the two oldest stars. Sirius, having found so many of his fellow stars, didn’t want to leave them, and he and Midna made their new home in the Icefields.

______ Sirius, much like his kin, is a very curious dragon, wanting to learn more about Sornieth. He takes a more active role than most of the other stars, however, having asked Micah and Maude about their findings many times to satisfy his curiosity while the other stars besides Ophelia are more passive, preferring to observe the behaviour of normal dragons. He is also one of the most outgoing stars, just behind Ophelia. He will gladly talk about his past life with anybody who asks. He is deeply in love with his mate, loving every part of her, even her normally undesirable dull plumage. Her wings are his favourite part of her, however, as he feels a sense of nostalgia when gazing upon the familiar constellations reflected on her wings. He is considered the younger brother of the stars as he is the third youngest star to die, being beaten out by Hyperia, Hargreve and Nader. Despite this, the only star who was alive at the same time he was are Astra and Ophelia, and the three are the closest to one another as a result.
