SOLISTA she/her | astronomer | haughty

solista was an unexpected early resident of the clan. on her own early from birth, she wandered until stumbling upon the then-small clan. her decision to join was.. interesting. she wasn't fond of the small size. she was haughty to nearly everyone, along with having a particular disdain for lionar in true pearlcatcher tradition. (lionar's mostly just annoyed). despite this, the two tundras were nothing but welcoming--which is likely what begrudgingly drew solista to stay. her den is higher up in the burrow-cave structure, and is one of the few visible from the outside--being an icy, gothic and celestial mishmash of architecture built onto a cliff-balcony and extending into a cave constituting the den proper. it's roughly next to hohtava's balcony, contributing to the... dynamic between the two. solista enjoys dabbling in astronomy and divination.

despite solista warming up more over time, she still constantly gets into spats with the skydancer hohtava. solista claims constantly to be a better astronomer than hohtava, and it's pretty clear a lot of her architecture is for the purpose of bragging to her specifically. it's not uncommon to see solista grumbling to an exasperated clan member about how inferior hohtava is and how she doesn't act like she should, how annoyingly captivating her pink eyes are, how infuriatingly entrancing her smooth voice is, how frustratingly gorgeous her feathers are, seeming like they hold all of the night sky and all of the stars right there--yeah, it's all hatred, she insists. what else?
