The mate of Obsidius and second-in-command of the Bloodscale Tribe. While the "Mad King" takes command of the battlefield, Solaira works behinds the scenes using her powerful magic and philosophical shrewdness. She is an anomaly within the tribe, being an integral cornerstone of Obsidius' campaign, yet little-known outside the higher-ranking members.

Solaria is notorious among the inner echelons of the great Observatory of the Starfall Isles, once a studious prodigy now turned accomplice to one of the most dangerous dragons in all of Sornieth. Long ago she studied both magic and science, and was quite versed in philosophy. Though she made many friends and admirers, Solaira had always been solitary, preferring to spend her time practicing her theories and applying them to the physical world.
