Umbron

Umbron is something of a definitive Arcane dragon, partaking in research and experiments to not only increase his knowledge, but put it to good use. However, he has virtually no empathy for others, and said experiments often came at the cost of other dragons' lives. To escape persecution he went to the only dragon in the land that would willingly welcome him and protect him from his enemies: Obsidius. Though because of his own ambitions and greater independence compared to the other clan members, Umbron usually butts heads with his master, and is suspected of wanting to take over as leader. This has yet to be proven, though it is clear that the shadowy Imperial Dragon is far from being able to take on Obsidius at this point in time, so he settles for being second-in-command.

As an intellectual, Umbron focuses on ranged combat to keep his foes at bay. His mastery of various magicks allow him to enhance his and his allies power and decrease his foes', though he puts his self-preservation above all else, something that can come at the detriment and aggravation of his fellow clan members. While he gets the job done, his pride and tendency to use his brethren as shields or pawns for his schemes wear even on Obsidius's patience (as little as he has), so Umbron usually keeps to himself.
