- - - ▢ Personality and Role
Lumio is a stern, no-nonsense dragon who doesn’t tolerate idiocracy from anyone. He does his job with little imperfections, and is very organized. More than any other Gaoler, he doesn't believe in owning anything as trivial as useless trinkets. The only item he possesses is the bauble which hangs from his flowing mane, which helps him channel Ice magic. Being a Plague Gaoler, he cannot channel powerful Ice spells -- most notably the frigid chains and ice which are used to imprison Horrorbeasts -- without help. He hates this with a burning passion. Because of his strict and detail-oriented nature which refuses to let him botch up a job, Lumio has been given the task of Overseer. The most dangerous beasts that the Caravan catches are left to be guarded by Lumio. Also, due to his job, Lumio is more hateful to oddities, Horrorbeasts, and Shade-Touched creatures than any other Gaoler in the Caravan. And he wouldn't have it any other way. Besides his job and his magic bauble, Lumio cares the most about his mate Justice.

- - - - ▢ History
The origins of Lumio are shrouded in mystery. It is not something he thinks fondly upon, or wishes to discuss with anyone other than Justice or, begrudgingly, Fortis. It is unknown if Lumio was raised in an actual prison, or just a very traditional family of Gaolers. It would not be surprising if Lumio was groomed to fit the highest of standards for a Gaoler as he was raised, for his hatred of those who do not salute the Icewarden reigns unrivaled in the Caravan. Lumio also appears to feel utmost loathing for himself, a disgust of his own alignment. The Caravan does not know if he was forced to feel this guilt, or if it is a side effect of an unhealthy upbringing. He "joined" the Caravan as a half-dead, flea-ridden mess, out of breath and with wide and glassy eyes. He had been running from something, and wounds sported upon his flank proved that he had nearly been caught. When Lumio came to the next morning, he was scared and angered. He nearly attacked Fortis before the leader managed to calm him down. After a few tense days of recovery, Lumio decided to stay in the (then small) Caravan. Back then, it only had Fortis, Current, Duelist, and Justice. Lumio quickly gained the Order of Overseer, and grew a fondness for Justice. The two became close, sharing whispered secrets in the dead of night. Even now, Lumio's past is still unknown by most, but a distant look in his eyes tells that he may know more about the monster that stalks the Caravan at night.

As Overseers are below Sentinels in Order rank importance, he took the last name of his mate Justice, “Endling”, with pride. He is one of the only dragons that knows her Truename. As for his first name, "Lumio", it was given to him with hopes that he would have a bright future ahead of him. His nickname, "Stoneface", is a direct reference to his no-nonsense attitude and complete lack of any happy emotions in his emotion.

Feels like he has no need for friends within the Caravan. The only dragon other than Justice and Fortis that he has even attempted to get to know is Splendor, but she seems to want to have nothing to do with him.
May or may not have been forced to mentor Vincent, as Fortis thought it might help the younger Gaoler with being more responsible. It did not. Instead, it left Lumio pondering whether or not he would be able to get away with murder if he made it look like an accident.
