Biography
Harpy clan trade negotiator
Politician
Little Sable's egg was more or less 'found' by her two sisters who decided they wanted another little sister, found a lone nest, and took the egg from it back to their harpy mother. Izio tried to make them take it back where they found it but in their arguing, Sable hatched and imprinted on all three of them so that was that. Being the baby of the family had it's perks but being smothered by two overprotective elder mirrors was not one of them, Sable often tried to find time for herself and study the books of Harpy history and culture that Izio kept in her study. The politics of her adopted mother's people fascinate her! The ways they had to adapt once dragons began to encroach on their home and all the wars fought and eventual treaties forged between some dragon clans and the harpy leaders. Sable wondered more about her own people as well and what drove them to create these treaties. Feelings of guilt? Necessity? Invaluable steady trade? Her sisters never cared much for the politics but Izio calmly (and proudly) indulged Sable with all the answers to the young dragon's questions.
After Izio died, the sisters found themselves seeking shelter in a large but welcoming clan in Sodansa's lair. The culture shock they received was overwhelming.
Sable has proved herself very useful when it comes to bartering with harpies in the area. Her knowledge of their clan standings and how they conduct business is crucial to keeping trade steady and fair.
