He researches anything as long as he is paid. He will gladly walk into an blazing fire to record data on a rare beetle. Still, he'd probably do it anyways if he was convinced that the subject of study was even mildly interesting.

Despite his many near-death experiences, nothing ever seems to kill him.

When not researching, he enjoys resting. He's often been seen snoozing at the library after a long day of work. He's made himself a fine friend with Yes after many a night spent in his office chatting about books.

If looked at in the right light, some swear that they can see a halo behind his head and two more sets of feathery wings sprouting from his body. If pressed about this concern, Nix ignores the inquiry completely and goes on to the next topic.

Rumor has it that Nix is the one being experimented instead the other way around. He doesn't think the rumor is true.
