-The story goes that he was originally born in the Shifting Expanse, he left home the moment he was able. The lightning farms had quickly felt far too small for him, his scope so narrow and limited to such little, and he truly wanted to see and hear the world more than anything! He yearned for it! The day he could finally pack his things and set out was the most glorious day of all. And while travelling, he very quickly became interested in..... gossip! Oh, the stories that dragons from such different walks of life can tell you... there truly is no end. And he wanted to document it all. Gathering the juiciest stories and reports he could get his claws on, and parroting them back to those who kept up with his travels. As he went on, his final destination ended up being the Starwood Strand in the Starfall Isles. It was there he discovered the SAR facility, and ever since has been fascinated by them..... because clearly, they are hiding something HUGE that would get people talking for YEARS! And he has something BIG in the works, something that could just use a helpful nudge from some of the odd and bizarre artefacts he keeps hearing of in hushed whispers... Sure, he loves gossip. He loves his writing. But there's only so many times you can write about other people's drama before you begin wanting to start drama. Or at least, that's how the story goes.
-Loud and proud, Callout has absolutely no shame but plenty of charm to go with. Mind you, it's less "Prince Charming" and more the same charm one would associate with a game show host (but that's honestly what he's aiming for). He's literally a tabloid writer aspiring to be a game show host, man. You can imagine the kind of person he is. Which is to say that next to that showmanship and charm, he is very much an unapologetically mean and rude piece of work which no respect for anyone's privacy. I'd say to get on his good side but even being there won't protect you if you get involved in drama! Callout knows you better than you most likely know yourself. And he's not beyond using that knowledge to make you squirm.
