The Neglected Abyss


______ King of the Abyss.... This title sends a shiver down every dragon's spine who hears it. No one even knows his real name.... No one wants to hear that they've been summoned by the King. No one knows how long he's been in the Neglected Abyss, but it's believed that he's the dragon that's survived in the Abyss for the longest time. Most consider him to be ancient, as well as to be feared. He has a lot of power within the land of the shades and corrupted. He's followed by a large army of Touched and Corrupted dragons.

While out with some of his army searching for more subjects, he came across a little mirror, only a few days old, who was hissing and growling from underneath a rotten log. Mikael, the commander for the King's dark army, plucked the little Mirror by the scruff as she clawed and fought the spiral. He dangled the hatchling in front of the King, who silently looked over her from a foot away, listening to the whispers of his fae assistant. At this point, the mirror began emitting an awful screeching.

"ENOUGH!" the guttural, rattly voice of the King boomed through the air. The mirror flinched and curled up into a fetal position, silently looking at the wildclaw with her multigaze.

"Bring her along," that same chilling voice cut through the air as he brushed past Mikael and the mirror.

When the gaolers awoke, the Abyssal King sacrificed many subjects as he ran and hid from the Ancient dragons. Regardless, it would be futile. Eventually, he was cornered and caught. He's now kept in the deepest depths of the Shade Prison in the Neglected Abyss, being under the watchful eye of Haze. At this point in time, he's the only one on the floor, but Haze has heard the wildclaw talking to himself from time to time, having half of an unknown conversation....
